Protein milk slices

For cacao slices you need:DSC_0262

  • 4 scoops of protein powder (I used cookie flavour, vanilla or chocolate would work great too)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tsp stevia (optional)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • approximately 1 dcl of milk

Blend everything together and add milk slowly so you reach desired thick consistency. Spread the mass evenly and thinly on baking paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes on 120 degrees celsium.

In that time prepare the cream.
