Chia and flax seed oatmeal

Good morning!
There is nothing better than a bowl or warm oatmeal after a tiring, but still fun weekend at seaside in Poreč. I came so exhausted from the tournament yesterday, so this was perfect for boosting my energy before my morning workout. Wish you all a great start of the week! 🙂

Ingredients: DSC_0014

  • 2,5 dcl water or milk
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 50 gram oats
  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • forest fruit
  • pistachios
