- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 scoops protein powder (I used cookies&cream flavor)
- 25g coconut butter (melted)

Chia-seed pancakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop Nanox protein powder (I used cookie flavor)
- 2-3 tbsp greek yogurt + 2 tbsp water (or milk)

Minced beef patties with roasted vegetables and greek yogurt sauce
Ingredients:
