  • 3/4 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • pinch of baking powder
  • butter
  • desired toppings (I used greek yogurt, warm berry sauce and flaked almonds)

Raspberry protein loaf

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2 scoops protein powder (I used cookies&cream flavor)
  • 25g coconut butter (melted)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • approx. 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
