Delicious creamy and easy to make asparagus-leek soup with sour cream and a sprinkle of walnut oil. Great for appetizer at lunch or as dinner.
Due to it’s light and airy texture, simple preparation and rich selection of topping combinations, cheesecake is by far my favorite dessert. This time I made a cheesecake pie with almond-coconut crust, creamy poppy seed-cottage cheese filling and topped it with chocolate ganache. Delicious, yet healthy! 🙂
