Raspberry cups

Amazingly simple quick to make, yet still extremely delicious – chocolate cups with raspberry-coconut filling and fresh raspberries inside. 😋

The ingredients for chocolate:

• 100 g dark chocolate (I have used 90% Lindt chocolate)
• 15 g of coconut butter

Ingredients for the filling:

• 100 g of fresh raspberries
• 60 g unsweetened shredded coconut
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Above steam melt butter and chocolate. Prepare 6 – 8 paper models in your muffin tin (depending on size). In each pour as much chocolate to coat the bottom of molds, about one teaspoon. Place in freezer so the chocolate hardens. Then prepare the raspberry filling. Process all the ingredients in a food processor into a smooth mass. If you prefer sweeter desserts you can add a teaspoon of any kind of sweetener, such as honey. Divide the filling between your chocolate bottoms and place a fresh raspberry in the middle. Top with remaining chocolate. Place the cups in the freezer for at least 30 minutes again. Keep in a cool place.

Enjoy! 🙂
