I am a huge fan of pancakes and I like to experiment with different ingredients and toppings, but at first I wasn’t so keen on the thought of spinach in pancakes. Surprisingly, they turned out amazing! This recipe is simple, nourishing and a great way to sneak in more greens.
Ingredients for crepes:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 60 grams of spelled flour (or any other healthy type of flour)
- 1 tsp stevia or any other sweeter (add depending on your taste)
- 1 tbsp of protein powder (optional)
- approximately 1 dcl of milk of your choice or water
