These cottage cheese dumplings take me back to my childhood when my grandma made them for me, filled them with yummy fruit and cover them in breadcrumbs. Brings back so many wonderful memories. But instead of making regular ones, I recreated a healthier version, that is also low carb, but still tastes heavenly! :)
