Pumpkin oatmeal
Since we have so many home grown pumpkins, I had to make pumpkin puree and try it in my morning oatmeal. So today I made this yummy pumpkin oatmeal for my breakfast and topped it with walnuts and apple slices. Perfect start of this sunny autumn morning!
Raspberry protein loaf
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 scoops protein powder (I used cookies&cream flavor)
- 25g coconut butter (melted)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp baking powder
- approx. 0.5 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries

I have recently received Jamie Eason Lean Body for Her protein and I couldn’t wait to try it! That’s why I made these delicious stack of pancakes for my breakfast today and it turned out amazing and so rich in flavor, definitely worth trying!
Fluffy egg-white oatmeal
- 5 tbsp oats
- 2 dcl water (or milk)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- fruits (I used apricots, cherries and strawberries)
- dark chocolate (I used Cavalier chocolate with no sugar)
